Refund Policy



Afrik Boutique has a NO return, NO refund policy with the exception of defective or incorrect item sent.

Defective Items

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us within 24 hours upon receiving your package along with a picture of item/items received so that we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Items/Returns (if applicable)

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package along with a picture of item/items received.

Conditional returns may be accepted if the item is deemed incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will send you the correct item or you may exchange with another item if original item is out of stock.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Afrik Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.

A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Sale items (if applicable)

All Sales are final.

Please note that patterns as you see on the site maybe placed differently as it relates to each bag. Each bag will consist of the same pattern but may have a different placement.
